2. How to Return an Item

  • Processing Fees: A restocking fee may apply in certain cases, and the return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund amount unless the return is due to a mistake made by the seller or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item.
