- Downloadable software products
- Items that have been opened or used
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item:

3. Refund Process
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to appear on your account.
- Processing Fees: A restocking fee may apply in certain cases, and the return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund amount unless the return is due to a mistake made by the seller or a defective product.
- Partial Refunds: If only part of your order is returned, the refund will be for the returned items only.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return and offer a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability.

- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or not as described. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive it.
- Initial Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
7. Canceling an Order
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. After this period, the standard return and refund policy applies.
